Strategic management perspectives are represented by research on international market development strategy in companies and a financial performance analysis of Misool Baseftin Foundation, which doubled its performance over five years.
Social impact and entrepreneurship are explored through two articles: welfare transformation through productive business empowerment at Khadijah 2 Orphanage Surabaya, and the effect of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial intentions with entrepreneurial motivation and opportunity recognition as intervening variables. The construction industry is specifically addressed in research on the formation process of expectations and satisfaction in construction design and build services from the perspective of service users.
