Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Beban Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Atamora Tehnik Makmur Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan verifikatif. Data dikumpulkan dari dua sumber, yaitu data primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden, serta data sekunder. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 60 orang karyawan, yang dipilih dengan menggunakan metode sampel jenuh. Data yang dikumpulkan kemudian dianalisis dengan beberapa teknik statistik seperti analisis deskriptif, analisis verifikatif, analisis koefisien determinasi, serta uji hipotesis baik secara individu (parsial) maupun secara keseluruhan (simultan) dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, beban kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kepemimpinan, beban kerja dan motivasi kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
