Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, dan Employee Engagement terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Pegawai pada Dinas Ketahanan Pangan dan Peternakan Provinsi Jawa Barat

Abstract
Penelitian dibahas tujuannya untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja, employee engagement terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di Dinas Ketahanan Pangan dan Peternakan Provinsi Jawa Barat. Penelitian dilakukan dengan kuantitatif pendekatan deskriptif dan verifikatif Data dikumpulkan dari dua sumber, yaitu data primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden, serta data sekunder. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 51 orang karyawan, yang dipilih dengan menggunakan metode sampel jenuh. Data yang dikumpulkan kemudian dianalisis dengan beberapa teknik statistik seperti analisis deskriptif, analisis verifikatif, analisis regresi berganda, analisis koefisien determinasi, serta uji hipotesis baik secara individu (parsial) maupun secara keseluruhan (simultan) dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, employee engagement tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Dan secara simultan disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja, employee engagement berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja.

DKPP Provinsi Jawa Barat harus, dalam rangka meningkatkan kepuasan kerja, terlibat dalam interaksi sosial secara teratur dengan staf, secara konsisten memberikan bimbingan dan arahan yang berkaitan dengan sistem kerja dan kebijakan perusahaan, dan memfasilitasi jalan untuk masukan dari karyawan. Dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan karyawan.

Untuk Employee Engagement, DKPP Provinsi Jawa Barat harus sering menyajikan pelatihan atau mengikuti seminar agar pegawai tidak bingung dalam mengerjakan pekerjaannya, selain itu perusahaan dapat memberikan pegawainya berlibur agar pegawai memiliki banyak energi dan konsentrasi tinggi dalam bekerja.
