Abstract
Keseluruhan sektor perbankan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan profitabilitas dan menjalankan peran penting dalam menggerakkan perekonomian suatu negara. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Non Performing Loan (NPL), Beban Operasional Pendapatan Operasional (BOPO), Net Interest Margin (NIM), dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) terhadap Return On Assets (ROA) pada Bank KB Bukopin periode 2012-2022. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data melalui dokumentasi dan studi pustaka. Dengan menggunakan teknik sampling purposive, sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah Laporan Keuangan Bank KB Bukopin periode 2012-2022. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel Non Performing Loan (NPL) dan Biaya Operasional Pendapatan operasional (BOPO) berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Return On Asset (ROA) sedangkan Net Interest Margin (NIM) tidak berpengaruh terhadap ROA dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Return On Asset (ROA). Non Performing Loan (NPL), Biaya Operasional Pendapatan operasional (BOPO), Net Interest Margin (NIM) dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Return On Asset (ROA) pada Bank KB Bukopin 2012-2022.
