PENGARUH PENERPAN SISTEM MANAJEMEN KINERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA DINAS SYARI’AT ISLAM BANDA ACEH (Studi Kasus Pada Dinas Syari’at Islam Banda Aceh)

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh system management kinerja terhadap kinerja pegawai kantor dinas syariat islam banda aceh. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 44 orang pegawai instansi tersebut yang diambil dengan metode sensus. Pengumpulan data kuesioner dan selanjutnya data di analisis dengan menggunakan peralatan statistic regresi linier. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan system manajemen kinerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor Dinas Syariat Islam Provinsi Aceh. Berdasar kan hasil pengujian statistic diketahui, system manajement kinerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja pegawai Kantor Dinas Syariat Islam Banda Aceh, Karena nilai thitung˃ttabel (17.358˃2.015) dapat diartikan Sistem Manajemen Kinerja (X) berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Syariat Islam Banda Aceh, sehingga hipotesis H1 diterima. Koefisien korelasi (r) sebesar 0.711 yang menunjukkan bahwa derajat hubungan (korelasi) antara variable independen dan variable dependen sebesar 0.711%, artinya Kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Syariat islam Banda Aceh mempunyai hubungan dengan Sistem Manajemen Kinerja(X). Korelasi determinasi (r2) sebesar .613, artinya sebesar 613% perubahan-perubahan dalam variabel terikat (KinerjaPegawai) dapat dijelaskan oleh perubahan-perubahan dalam Sistem Manajemen Kinerja (X) Sedangkan sebesar 100% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain diluar dari pada penelitian ini. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa baik buruknya kinerja Pegawai Kantor Dinas Syariat Islam Banda Aceh dipengaruhi oleh system manajemen kinerja. Karena itu, sebaiknya kepala instansi tersebut harus meningkatkan lagi system manajemen kinerja institusi tersebut.
