Abstract
Penelitian ini berfokus pada motivasi dan kinerja di Mi Sadarmanah. Rumusan masalah (1) Apakah motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru di MI (2) Apakah terdapat kolerasi yang signifikan antara motivasi kerja dan kinerja guru. Penelitian in bertujuan untuk (1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru di Mi sadarmanah (2) Untuk menegetahui apakah ada hubungan antara motivasi kerja dan kinerja guru. Karya Ilmiah menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dan sampel berjumlah 30 guru diambil secara acak. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan sampel adalah kuesioner yang diberikan kepada guru yang menanggapi. Alat pengumpulan data adalah angket, dan metode analisis data memakai deskriptif. Penelitian ini menghasilkan (1) Motivasi sangat berpengaruh bagi kinerja guru (2) ada korelasi yang signifikan antara motivasi kerja dan kinerja guru di MI Sadarmanah.
