Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of employee welfare programs on employee performance at PT. Sanga Group Indonesia by considering the role of motivation and compensation as supporting factors. The background of the study is based on the importance of human resources as a company's main asset that determines productivity and competitiveness. The methods used include direct observation, interviews, and sales data analysis to evaluate the relationship between welfare, motivation, compensation, and performance. The results of the study indicate that welfare programs that include fair compensation, performance rewards, and a conducive work environment have a positive effect on work motivation, which in turn improves employee performance. A results-based compensation system has been shown to encourage productivity and work quality, while appreciation programs increase loyalty and a sense of belonging to the company. This study used qualitative methods through observation, interviews, and documentation. Sales data shows a trend of increasing revenue in periods with optimal implementation of welfare programs. In conclusion, implementing a welfare program that is structured and relevant to employee needs can be an effective strategy to improve motivation, performance, and business sustainability of a company.
