Abstract

This study examines the influence of training and work discipline on the performance of millennial employees at PT Poli Warna Indonesia. The issue arises from the low effectiveness of training programs and insufficient discipline, which reduce productivity. A quantitative approach with a descriptive-associative method was applied, involving all 105 employees as the sample through saturated sampling. Data were analyzed using statistical tests, including multiple linear regression, t-test, and F-test. The results indicate that both training and discipline significantly affect employee performance, both individually and simultaneously. These findings highlight the importance of improving training quality and enforcing discipline to enhance overall performance.
