Analisis Pengaruh Jumlah Industri Kecil, Jumlah Penduduk dan Nilai Produksi Industri Kecil Terhadap Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja Pada Sektor Industri Kecil di Wilayah Kabupaten Magetan

Abstract
Penyerapan tenaga kerja di suatu daerah merupakan salah satu fakor yang sangat penting untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan perekonomian. Penyerapan tenaga kerja khususnya pada sektor industri kecil di Kabupaten Magetan sangat penting untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidup masyarakat apalagi dengan diiringi jumlah penduduk yang terus meningkat dari tahun ke tahun. hal ini perlu diperhatikan karena dengan berkurangnya penyerapan tenaga kerja akan menyebabkan permasalahan yaitu pengangguran yang akan menghambat proses pertumbuhan ekonomi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh jumlah industri kecil, jumlah penduduk dan nilai produksi industri kecil terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja pada sektor industri kecil di wilayah Kabupaten Magetan. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan metode kuantitatif dan data sekunder dari Badan Pusat Statistika (BPS) di wilayah Kabupaten Magetan dengan periode 2007 – 2021. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan dua uji yaitu uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis. Hasil yang dapat diperoleh dari penelitian ini yaitu jumlah industri kecil dan jumlah penduduk tidak berpengaruh terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja industri kecil di Kabupaten Magetan. Sedangkan nilai produksi industri kecil berpengaruh terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja di Kabupaten Magetan.
