Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, dan pelatihan kerja terhadap kinerja
karyawan di CV. Kerupuk Edun. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini
terdiri dari pegawai CV. Kerupuk Edun sebanyak 67 orang. Sampel penelitian ditentukan menggunakan rumus slovin
dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,05, yang berjumlah 55 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, dan
kuesioner. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di
CV. Kerupuk Edun. Motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pelatihan kerja juga
memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di CV. Kerupuk Edun. Secara keseluruhan,
kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, dan pelatihan kerja secara simultan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja
karyawan di CV. Kerupuk Edun. Koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,812 menunjukkan bahwa 81,2% variasi kinerja karyawan
dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel kepemimpinan (X1), motivasi kerja (X2), pelatihan kerja (X3), sementara sisanya sebesar
18,8% dapat dijelaskan oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.
