Analisis Prosedur Pemberian Kredit dan Penagihan Kredit pada PT. Bank Tabungan Negara KC Medan

Abstract
This study aims to determine how the procedure for granting credit and credit collection procedures at PT Bank Tabungan Negara KC Medan. This research uses descriptive analysis method, this method is used to process, collect, classify data so as to obtain a clear picture. Based on the results of the research conducted, it is known that the credit granting procedures carried out by Bank BTN are quite good. Starting from the collection of files in accordance with the procedure, which is then carried out file examination and analysis, and if necessary a field inspection is carried out to see how the condition of the guarantee or business object of the prospective debtor. If it is in accordance with the provisions and is considered eligible for credit, the signing will be carried out and the credit can be disbursed. In granting credit, Bank BTN also applies the 5C analysis, this analysis is very important to determine the eligibility of prospective debtors before receiving credit. In terms of collecting receivables, Bank BTN uses a person to person procedure, namely billing directly to the debtor by informing the debtor's obligations that have not been completed and must be paid before maturity. In terms of collection, it is very important to pay attention to the quality of the credit so that a way can be found to resolve it.
