Abstract
Faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai adalah dengan memberikan kepuasan kerja serta kompensasi non finansial bagi pegawai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan kompensasi non finansial terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Puskesmas Soromandi Kabupaten Bima. Jenis penelitian adalah asosiatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner skala likert sebagai instrument penelitian. menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert. Populasi sebanyak 137 orang pegawai yang terdiri dari 37 orang pegawai yang berstatus PNS dan 100 orang tenaga sukarela. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 37 pegawai yang berstatus PNS pada Puskesmas Soromandi Kabupaten Bima. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, kuesioner dan studi pustaka. Data yang telah dikumpulkan kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, regresi linear berganda, koefisien korelasi dan uji determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kepuasan kerja dan kompensasi non finansial berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Puskesmas Soromandi Kabupaten Bima.
