Abstract
Penjadwalan merupakan metode terencana untuk eksekusi tugas dalam jangka waktu yang telah ditentukan. Penjadwalan shift perawat di Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Pontianak selama ini dilakukan secara manual, yang sering kali memakan waktu lama dan berpotensi menyebabkan ketidakseimbangan beban kerja serta konflik jadwal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem penjadwalan berbasis web dengan menerapkan algoritma genetika guna menghasilkan jadwal yang lebih efektif dan efisien. Sistem dirancang menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Python dan memanfaatkan parameter algoritma genetika seperti tingkat crossover, tingkat mutasi, dan ukuran populasi. Data perawat yang diolah meliputi nama, pangkat, pendidikan, serta status senioritas. Proses optimasi dilakukan dengan mengukur nilai kebugaran (fitness) setiap individu dalam populasi, seleksi, crossover, dan mutasi hingga mencapai solusi optimal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa algoritma genetika mampu menghasilkan jadwal shift perawat yang memenuhi semua aturan, seperti kombinasi perawat senior dan junior, aturan lepas piket setelah shift malam, dan jam kerja minimal 160 jam per bulan yang dilakukan hingga 5 kali percobaan dan mendapatkan jadwal yang optimal memenuhi batasan pada percobaan ke-5 dengan waktu eksekusi selama 0,90 detik dan fitness sebesar 1 sehingga lebih efisien dibandingkan metode penjadwalan manual.
