Abstract
Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap produktivitas pegawai pada PT Sederhana Karya Musi Palembang. Pada jabatan ABK, Masinis, OB, Keamanan, Mekanik dan Work Shop masih terbilang rendah apabila dibandingkan dengan standar gaji menurut upah minimum regional Sumatra Selatan. Selain itu kurangnya produktivitas kerja pegawai. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh sehingga sampel penelitian berjumlah 54 orang responden. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Metode penelitian menggunakan uji instrumen, uji statistik, uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas pegawai di PT Sederhana Karya Musi Palembang.
