Abstract

Kemandirian daerah merupakan salah satu tujuan dari pelaksanaan Otonomi Daerah. Untuk itu perlu diketahui faktor apa yang mempengaruhi dan bagaimana pengaruhnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh tingkat ketergantungan daerah, efektifitas PAD dan tax effort terhadap kemandirian daerah di Kota Bukittinggi baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang berasal dari Laporan Keuangan Pemerintah Kota Bukittinggi tahun 2018 sampai dengan 2022  yang diperoleh dari Badan Keuangan Daerah Kota Bukittinggi dan BPS Kota Bukittinggi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (a)Ketergantungan daerah memiliki pengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kemandirian daerah (b)Efektifitas PAD tidak memiliki pengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Kemandirian daerah  (c)Tax effort memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kemandirian Daerah (d)Ketergantungan Daerah , Efektifitas PAD  dan Tax effort secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kemandirian daerah.
