Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan Seblak Pasta. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan non probability yaitu teknik jenuh atau sensus. Besar sampel sebanyak 45 orang sesuai dengan jumlah populasinya. Teknik analisis data menggunakan software SPSS dengan analisis deskriptif menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, uji t, dan uji f. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan uji parsial (t test) membuktikan bahwa kepemimpinan dan motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan kompensasi tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan uji simultan (f test) menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan antara kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan.
