This edition of EMT KITA Journal Vol. 8 No. 4 discusses a series of empirical studies and in-depth theoretical analysis in the fields of economics, management, and social. The articles in this edition explore the impact of the pandemic on the valuation of pharmaceutical companies, examine the relationship between disclosure of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) aspects and the value of banking companies, and analyze the determinants of employee productivity including incentives, discipline, and work motivation.
