Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh analisis jabatan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Dinas Koperindag Kota Bima. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 75 orang pegawai dengan rincian ASN 45 orang pegawai, 23 orang tenaga kontrak dan 7 orang honorer dengan sampelnya sebanyak 45 ASN yang dapat mewakili besarnya jumlah populasi sebanyak 60 orang responden. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu dengan regresi linear sederhana dengan variabel terikatnya (Y) yaitu analisis jabatan dan variabel bebasnya (X) yaitu kinerja pegawai. Instrument penelitian yang digunakan adalah koesioner dengan menggunakan skala likert, di mana responden diberikan serangkaian pertanyaan dengan memilih salah satu alternative jawaban yang anggap paling tepat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa analisis jabatan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Koperindag Kota Bima.
