Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis hubungan antara kepuasan kerja dengan komitmen organisasi di Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Bireuen. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 85 orang pegawai instansi tersebut. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengedarkan kuesioner. Selanjutnya peralatan analisis data yang digunakan adalah korelasi peringkat Rank Spearman’s. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa kepuasan kerja pegawai memiliki hubungan positif dan signifikan dengan komitmen mereka pada Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Bireuen. Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil dari penelitian ini adalah komitmen pegawai Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Bireuen terkait erat dengan kepuasan kerja mereka. Karena itu, sebaiknya Sekretaris Daerah Kabupaten Bireuen selalu berupaya untuk meningkatkan kepuasan kerja pegawai dilingkungan instansi yang dipimpinnya.
