Pengaruh Pemberdayaan dan Dukungan Organisasi Terhadap Motivasi Kerja Pegawai Kantor Camat di Kota Banda Aceh
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberdayaan dan dukungan organisasi terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai kantor camat di Kota Banda Aceh. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 100 orang pegawai yang diambil secara purposive sampling dari 9 kantor kecamatan di Kota Banda Aceh.
Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan selanjutnya data dianalisis dengan menggunakan peralatan statistik regresi linier berganda. Penelitian menemukan bahwa pemberdayaan dan dukungan organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai. Hasil pengujian statistik uji F menyimpulkan secara simultan kedua variabel independen berpengaruh signifikan pada peningkatan motivasi kerja pegawai. Sedangkan secara parsial hanya dukungan organisasi yang berpengaruh signifikan. Sebaliknya pemberdayaan secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai.
