Analisis Pengaruh Teknologi Modern & Regenerasi Pada Peningkatan Produktiftas Sentra Industri Pande Besi Sebagai Daya Dukung Local Economic Development Di Kabupaten Tulungagung

Abstract

Ditengah geliat modernisasi teknologi produksi, sentra industri pande besi Desa Kiping mengahadapi kendala dihadapkan dengan hasil produksi pabrikan serta barang impor dan juga mengenai regenerasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengupayakan pelestarian dan peningkatan produksi pande besi dengan analisis pada faktor-faktor pendukung produktifitas diantaranya adalah analisis mengenai daya dukung teknologi modern berupa mesin tempa besi modern dan juga digital marketing serta analisis menganai regenerasi pada kawasan sentra industri pande besi di Kabupaten Tulungagung. Dengan fokus lokasi penelitian di Desa Kiping Kecamatan Gondang Kabupaten Tulungagung. Kawasan ini merupakan daerah dengan mayoritas hampir seluruh perekonomian masyarakatnya bergantung pada jenis pekerjaan pengrajin ini.  Penelitian ini menggunakan Quantitative Method. Pengumpulan data akan dilakukan dengan survey dan wawancara di lokasi penelitian dengan teknik random sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode Binary Logistic Regression untuk mengetahui impact atau pengaruh masing-masing faktor diantaranya adalah kepemilikan dan intensitas penggunaan mesin tempa besi modern, digital marketing serta usia tenaga kerja terhadap prosuktifitas pande besi sehingga permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh sentra industri ini dapat dipecahkan dan dapat dilakukan pengembangan sentra industri pande besi.
