Abstract
Indonesia menghasilkan sekitar 1,9 juta ton limbah elektronik pada tahun 2022, menjadikannya sebagai negara penghasil e-waste terbesar di Asia Tenggara. Metode daur ulang konvensional yang telah diterapkan sering tidak efektif karena kurangnya efisiensi dan skala yang memadai. Oleh karena itu, pendekatan baru yang lebih efisien dan berkelanjutan yang telah dirumuskan berdasarkan penelitian sebelumnya menunjukkan keberhasilan penerapan teknologi daur ulang otomatis di berbagai negara. Di Indonesia, terdapat empat perusahaan yang terbilang cukup berhasil dalam menerapkan pengelolaan limbah elektronik dengan metode penjemputan dan penilaian nilai limbah, sehingga menjadikan motivasi dari lahirnya Project ‘GreenTech’ ini. Aplikasi GreenTech dikembangkan menggunakan metodologi Scrum, yang dipilih karena efektivitas dan efisiensinya dalam menghemat waktu dan biaya serta meningkatkan produktivitas tim. Metode Agile Development terbukti mampu mengelola penjualan limbah secara online dan menampilkan nilai serta harga jual limbah secara akurat. Penerapan Scrum dalam pengembangan GreenTech menunjukkan hasil positif dalam hal efisiensi dan kolaborasi tim, dengan proses pengembangan yang terstruktur memungkinkan penetapan prioritas dan pemantauan kemajuan secara efektif. Sehingga, dengan dasar ini kami yakin bahwa penerapan metode Agile dalam pengembangan aplikasi GreenTech akan berhasil. Namun, penelitian lebih lanjut dan waktu lebih lama masih diperlukan untuk mencapai kesempurnaan dalam pengelolaan daur ulang dan penilaian perangkat elektronik bekas. Sehingga, disarankan untuk mempertimbangkan metode Agile lainnya seperti Extreme Programming (XP) untuk meningkatkan kualitas perangkat lunak melalui pengembangan iteratif dan kolaborasi intens.
