Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk melihat pengaruh harga komoditi pangan (beras, cabai, bawang) terhadap inflasi di Aceh Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif, yang terdiri atas dua variabel, yaitu Harga Komoditi Pangan sebagai variabel bebas (independent) dan Inflasi sebagai variabel terikat (dependent). Penelitian ini difokuskan pada komoditas pangan dan inflasi. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Objek penelitian ini adalah pegawai yang bekerja pada kantor Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Kabupaten Aceh Barat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai yang ada pada Kantor Badan Pusat Statistik Kabupaten Aceh Barat. Sedangkan yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 19 orang dan teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara acak (Random Sampling). Analisis data secara kuantitatif dengan model analisis datanya yaitu secara regresi linear sederhana. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa variabel harga komoditi pangan (beras, cabai dan bawang) memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat Inflasi di Kabupaten Aceh Barat.
