Abstract
This study aims to analyze the entrepreneurial mindset of millennial corn farmers in facing market volatility in Kabupaten Bone, specifically in Desa Poleonro, Kecamatan Libureng, Dusun Bance’e. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document. The results indicate that millennial corn farmers demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset through innovations in cultivation techniques, product diversification, utilization of digital technology for market information, and risk and capital management strategies. Family support, farmer groups, and social networks also enhance their adaptability. These findings suggest that an entrepreneurial mindset is a crucial factor for millennial farmers to improve productivity, income, and business resilience in the face of market uncertainty.
