Abstract
Permasalahan umum pada koperasi adalah proses olah data masih dilakukan secara manual, permasalahan kemampuan individu muncul karena kurangnya kepercayaan diri seorang pengelola koperasi untuk menggunakan sebuah sistem informasi akuntansi dan pengalaman kerja yang dipengaruhi oleh etos kerja yang dimiliki karyawan didasarkan pada setiap individu tidak sama. Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis adanya pengaruh pemanfaatan teknologi, kemampuan individu, serta pengalaman kerja terhadap sistem informasi akuntansi di koperasi kota Semarang. Sebanyak 89 sample responden dipilih dengan metode purposive sampling. Metode analisis regresi linear berganda digunakan melalui perangkat lunak SPSS. Temuan dalam penelitian memperlihatkan bahwapemanfaatan teknologi dan pengalaman kerja memiliki pengaruh pada sistem informasi akuntansi, sementarakemampuan individu tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap sistem informasi akuntansi
