Analisis Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kesejahteraan dan Kinerja Pegawai Klinik Pratama Promedika

Abstract
Penelitian yang berjudul "Analisis Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kesejahteraan dan Kinerja Pegawai Klinik Pratama Promedika" ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari hubungan antara budaya organisasi, kesejahteraan, dan kinerja pegawai. Metode penelitian yaitu metode kuantitatif, dengan desain penelitian verifikatif deskriptif. Dalam penelitian ini, ditemukan bahwa budaya organisasi yang positif dan mendukung memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan dan kinerja pegawai di Klinik Pratama Promedika. Hasil uji regresi menunjukkan bahwa setiap peningkatan satu unit dalam variabel budaya organisasi akan berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan kesejahteraan dan kinerja pegawai sebesar 1,3717 unit. Koefisien determinasi (R^2) sebesar 0,8655 menunjukkan bahwa sekitar 86,55% variasi dalam kesejahteraan dan kinerja pegawai dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel budaya organisasi. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi di Klinik Pratama Promedika memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kesejahteraan dan kinerja pegawai.
