Abstract
Penelitian ini menginvestigasi sistem perekrutan dan seleksi karyawan di PT. Bitumen Marasende dengan fokus pada praktik, tantangan, dan tren dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia. Melalui wawancara dengan tiga informan kunci, yaitu Junita Patampang (HRD), Andi Fakhri, dan Muhammad Asrul (staf), kami mendapatkan wawasan mendalam tentang proses perekrutan dan seleksi yang efektif. Kesesuaian budaya dan nilai-nilai perusahaan, penggunaan teknologi dalam proses seleksi, serta upaya menciptakan lingkungan kerja inklusif dan beragam, adalah beberapa temuan utama. Selain itu, pentingnya pengembangan karyawan untuk meningkatkan kinerja mereka dan strategi menghadapi persaingan ketat di pasar tenaga kerja juga ditekankan. Penelitian ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya adaptasi praktik perekrutan sesuai dengan konteks geografis dan ekonomi perusahaan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini mencakup pentingnya kesesuaian budaya, penggunaan teknologi, kesetaraan, dan inklusi dalam praktik perekrutan di berbagai sektor dan wilayah. Penelitian ini memberikan perspektif yang lebih luas tentang manajemen sumber daya manusia yang efektif dan inklusif, yang dapat mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi dan pengambilan kebijakan yang lebih baik di tingkat nasional dan regional.
