This study uses a case study approach to explore the factors that influence the understanding of academic ethics, as well as their implications for the academic culture at this institution. The research method used is a case study involving AKUBANK Nusantara students as research subjects. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, questionnaires and observations. Data analysis was carried out using qualitative and quantitative approaches to comprehensively describe students' understanding of academic ethics. The research results show that AKUBANK Nusantara students already understand academic ethics. These findings provide valuable insights for higher education institutions in designing strategies to improve students' understanding of academic ethics. This study also contributes to the academic ethics literature by presenting the results of empirical research in the financial and banking education environment. Through a qualitative approach, this research explores the leadership strategies and practices implemented by school principals to strengthen the collaboration and productivity of teaching teams in this educational environment. Research methods include in-depth interviews with school principals, teachers, as well as direct observation of the dynamics of teachers' work. Data analysis was carried out using a thematic approach to identify patterns and trends in the leadership roles carried out by school principals. The research results show that the principal's leadership plays a central role in creating a work climate that is conducive to team collaboration. Using a transformational approach, the principal at SMKN Taman Fajar encourages open communication, provides support, and empowers teaching team members to innovate in teaching methods. A qualitative approach was used in this research, by conducting interviews and observations of teachers who had taken technology training. The research results show that teacher training has a positive impact on increasing their understanding and skills in utilizing technology in the classroom. Teachers who have undergone training tend to be more innovative in designing and implementing learning, creating a learning environment that is more dynamic and responsive to student needs. Thus, this research contributes to further understanding of the importance of teacher training in the context of technology implementation in junior high schools. This cooperative learning model emphasizes cooperation in groups to achieve common goals. This research involves the process of group formation, explanation of material, division of tasks, monitoring, group evaluation, appreciation, reflection, and continuous learning. The research method used was classroom action research (PTK) which involved one class VIII as the research subject. The research results show a significant increase in student learning achievement after implementing the STAD model. Forming groups with a diversity of student abilities, dividing tasks that require cooperation, and group evaluations provide positive contributions to student academic achievement. Increasing student learning achievement is also supported by parental involvement and consistent implementation of the STAD model in the curriculum. In the learning process, students not only develop a deep understanding of concepts but also social skills and teamwork. MTsS Insan Qur'ani is an educational institution that is committed to developing students' potential holistically, including academic and moral aspects. In this context, the teacher recruitment system has an important role in shaping the quality of education provided by the institution. This research uses a descriptive approach to describe the steps and basic principles that form the basis of the teacher recruitment system at MTsS Insan Qur'ani. Data was collected through interviews with related parties, document review, and direct observation of the recruitment process carried out by the institution. Data analysis was carried out to identify the policies, strategies and procedures involved in managing human resources in these educational institutions. The research results show that MTsS Insan Qur'ani implements a holistic approach in teacher recruitment, considering not only aspects of academic expertise but also Islamic values, professional ethics and interpersonal skills.
