Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of training, incentive systems, and employee restructuring on the management of financial distress at Universitas Sehati Indonesia. The research method employed is quantitative with a survey approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 32 respondents who are permanent employees of the university. Data analysis was conducted using validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression analysis, F-test (simultaneous), t-test (partial), and the coefficient of determination (R²) with the assistance of SPSS. The results show that, partially, training, incentive systems, and employee restructuring have a significant effect on financial distress management. Simultaneously, the three independent variables contribute 85% to financial distress management. These findings highlight the importance of integrated human resource management strategies in supporting the financial resilience of educational institutions. This research implies that management should strengthen training programs, design competitive incentive systems, and carry out organizational restructuring efficiently to mitigate financial pressure. Further studies are recommended to include other variables such as leadership and organizational culture.
