Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of accounting information system quality, digital service quality, and perceived usefulness on customer satisfaction among users of the Pegadaian Digital application. The methodology employed is a survey with a sample of 160 respondents who are customers of the Pegadaian Digital application at the Teluk Betung branch. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The findings reveal that all three variables have a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction, with accounting information system quality having the greatest effect. The conclusion of this study is that improving the quality of the information system and digital services is crucial for enhancing customer satisfaction.
