Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of liquidity and solvability on profitability at PT. Mandom Indonesia Tbk for the 2019–2024 period. A quantitative method was used, with secondary data sourced from financial statements. Liquidity was measured by the Current Ratio (CR), solvability by the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and profitability by Return on Assets (ROA). The results show that both CR and DER have a positive and significant effect on ROA. This indicates that increased liquidity and an optimal debt structure can enhance profitability. The findings highlight the importance of managing liquidity and solvability to improve financial performance.
