Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasi pegawai honorer Kementerian Desa, PDT, dan Transmigrasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei korelasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dan hubungan antara iklim organisasi (variabel bebas) dan komitmen organisasi (variabel terikat). Populasi penelitian ini adalah pegawai honorer Kementerian Desa, Pembangunan Daerah Tertinggal, dan Transmigrasi. Sampel terdiri dari 109 orang yang diambil melalui teknik insidental sampling. Perhitungan menunjukkan rxy = 0,619, yang berarti terdapat korelasi kuat antara iklim organisasi dan komitmen organisasi. Koefisien determinasi (KD) sebesar 38,32% menunjukkan bahwa iklim organisasi (variabel X) berkontribusi 38,32% terhadap komitmen organisasi (variabel Y), sementara 61,68% dipengaruhi faktor lain. Pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan thitung = 8,155 > ttabel = 1,659, yang mengindikasikan adanya hubungan signifikan antara variabel X (iklim organisasi) dan variabel Y (komitmen organisasi).
