Determinan Akuntabilitas Pengelolaan Keuangan Dana Desa di Kabupaten Ogan Ilir

Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini, yaitu guna mengkaji kompetensi aparatur desa, pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, sistem pengendalian intern, dan integritas dalam memengaruhi akuntabilitas pengelolaan keuangan dana desa di Kabupaten Ogan Ilir. Survei yang terlaksana dalam studi ini secara khusus menyasar desa-desa yang berada di wilayah Kabupaten Ogan Ilir. Data penelitian bergantung pada sumber data asli. Pengumpulan data terlaksana dengan penyebaran kuesioner ke perangkat desa di 20 desa, dengan jumlah sampel lima orang per desa. Teknik yang dipergunakan, yaitu convenience sampling, dengan jumlah responden berjumlah 100 orang. Teknik analisis data yang dipergunakan ialah regresi linear berganda mempergunakan SPSS versi 25. Temuan yang didapat memperlihatkan bila secara positif signifikan, kompetensi aparatur desa mampu memengaruhi akuntabilitas pengelolaan keuangan dana desa. Hanya saja, pemanfaatan teknologi informasi tidak memengaruhi akuntabilitas pengelolaan keuangan dana desa. Sistem pengendalian intern secara positif signifikan memengaruhi akuntabilitas pengelolaan keuangan dana desa, sedangkan integritas pun secara positif signifikan memengaruhi akuntabilitas pengelolaan keuangan dana desa. Faktor kompetensi aparatur desa, pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, sistem pengendalian intern, dan integritas secara serentak dan positif memengaruhi signifikan terhadap akuntabilitas pengelolaan keuangan dana desa.
