Abstract
Kinerja Karyawan termasuk kriteria cukup tinggi dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 891 termasuk kedalam kategori cukup tinggi. Motivasi kerja karyawan berdasarkan tanggapan responden dengan nilai rata-rata 618, termasuk dalam interval cukup tinggi. Lingkungan kerja berdasarkan tanggapan responden memiliki nilai rata-rata 1.663 yang termasuk kategori paling tinggi. Kepemimpinan berdasarkan tanggapan responden dengan nilai rata-rata 456 termasuk kategori cukup tinggi. Motivasi Kerja memberikan pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 28,09% dan hubungan Motivasi Kerja dengan Kinerja Karyawan sebesar 0,530 atau 53%. Lingkungan Kerja memberikan pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 15,60% dan hubungan Lingkungan Kerja dengan Kinerja Karyawan sebesar 0,395 atau 39,5%. Kepemimpinan memberikan pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 25% dan hubungan Kepemimpinan dengan Kinerja Karyawan sebesar 0,50 atau 50%.
