Abstract
Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis Tingkat Kepuasan Pasien Terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan Di Klinik Utama Mata KMM Bandung Barat.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data kualitatif., wawancara individu dilakukan dengan karyawan para pasien di Klinik Utama MataKMM Bandung Barat untuk memperoleh pandangan mereka tentang kepuasan terhadap pelayanan yang di berikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harapan sesuai dengan kenyataan yang berarti tidak terjadi kesenjangan. Para pasien merasa ‘Sangat Puas’ tehadap kualitas pelayan dilihat dari dimensi Bukti Fisik (Tengible), Kehandalan (Reliabilty), Jaminan (Assurance) dan Empati (Empathy). Sedangkan untuk dimensi Daya Tanggap (Responsiveness) beberapa pasien merasa kurang puas dikarenakan proses pendaftaran yang cukup lama dan berbelit-belit. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, disarankan Klinik Utama Mata KMM Bandung Barat agar ke depannya terus meningkatkan kedisiplinan terutama jadwal masuk kerja sehingga pasien tidak merasa kurang puas terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan, selain itu agar kedepannya juga terus meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan yang sudah ada dengan memperlihatkan sikap ramah, sopan dan selalu memperhatikan kebutuah pasien. Serta diharapkan bisa memeperbaiki sistem pendaftaran yang berbelit-belit agar lebih mudah untuk dilakukan dan dipahami oleh para pasien.
