Abstract
Ungkapan "pemilihan staf" mengacu pada langkah-langkah yang digunakan untuk menemukan orang-orang terbaik untuk mengisi pekerjaan yang terbuka di suatu organisasi. Tahap awal dalam memperoleh sumber daya manusia yang memenuhi kualifikasi yang diperlukan adalah rekrutmen. Pemilihan tenaga baru adalah proses untuk menentukan kandidat yang paling layak untuk mengisi posisi tertentu dalam perusahaan Akibatnya, perusahaan mengutamakan prosedur pelestarian dan pemilihan. Penting bagi perusahaan untuk memberikan perhatian besar pada proses seleksi dan penyaringan jika ingin memperoleh sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas. Jika perusahaan ingin mendapatkan sumber daya manusia yang tepat sesuai dengan kualifikasi yang dibutuhkan maka harus memperhatikan dengan baik proses perekrutan dan seleksinya. Melalui wawancara mendalam dengan pihak-pihak terkait, penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi penelitian kualitatif. Kelebihan dari metode kualitatif membuat penelitian ini menjadi lebih nyata karena mengacu pada setiap hal yang terjadi di lingkungan aslinya secara langsung. Hasil penelitian di perusahaan CV Wahana Cakra Jaya memiliki tiga cara perekrutan, yang pertama secara online yaitu calon karyawan bisa mendapatkan informasi tentang kebutuhan sumber daya manusia perusahaan melalui media sosisal atau website. Kedua melalui rekomendasi orang dalam yang kemudian akan dilakukan wawancara dan proses seleksi berikutnya bila perusahaan tertarik dengan rekomendasi tersebut. Terakhir sumber koneksi yaitu perusahaan bisa mendapatkan sumber daya manusia baru yang didapat dari luar perusahaan.
