Abstract
Rumah sakit merupakan bagian integral dari keseluruhan sistem pelayanan kesehatan yang melayani pasien dengan berbagai jenis pelayanan. Kesehatan mempunyai peran besar dalam meningkatkan taraf hidup masyarakat, dalam memberikan pelayanan kesehatan yang optimal di rumah sakit diperlukan sumber daya yang berkualitas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh resolusi konflik, beban kerja, komitmen dan kepemimpinan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai ASN RSUD Pasaman Barat. Metode yang digunakan adalah survey analitik atau resepsi. Cara pengambilan sampel dengan ketentuan ASN memiliki masa kerja lebih dari 5 tahun sehingga sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 197 pegawai ASN golongan I, II, III, IV. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyelesaian konflik, komitmen, kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pada pegawai ASN RSUD Pasaman Barat. Berbeda dengan beberapa variabel diatas, beban kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pada pegawai ASN RSUD Pasaman Barat. Terakhir Penyelesaian konflik, beban kerja, komitmen dan komitmen secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai ASN RSUD Pasaman Barat.
