Jurnal Ekonomi Manajemen dan Sekretari (JEMENSRI) is a free and open-access journal published by the Lembaga Komunitas Informasi Teknologi Aceh (KITA), Indonesia. The development of science related to economics, management, and secretarial both theoretically and empirically has proven to have a positive impact on various aspects of people's lives. The development of economics and management, for example, has provided many benefits for increasing effectiveness and efficiency in various economic activities. Likewise, secretarial knowledge can contribute to the ease of carrying out administrative tasks in both government and non-government institutions. Until now, many researches related to economics, management, and secretarial have been carried out by academics, practitioners, and researchers who are concerned with these fields of science. However, not all research results can be published in scientific journals. Jurnal Ekonomi Manajemen dan Sekretari (JEMENSRI) does not only intend to publish the results of empirical and theoretical studies related to management and secretarial economics. But more than that, JEMENSRI is a means of disseminating research results related to the three fields of science. All published article URLs will have a digital object identifier (DOI). The scope of JEMENSRI includes but not limited to the following disciplines and topics:

Peer Review Process

Submitted papers should be original, unpublished, and not under consideration for publication elsewhere at the time of submission to the Jurnal Ekonomi Manajemen dan Sekretari (JEMENSRI). All paper submissions will undergo a double-blind review process by at least two international reviewers with expertise in the relevant subject area.

Publication Frequency

Jurnal Ekonomi Manajemen dan Sekretari (JEMENSRI) is published four times a year, once every four months. The issues are released in April, August and December.

Open Access Policy

This journal provides open access to all of its content with the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge. This journal has an archiving agreement with Portico for long-term preservation of its content.

All submissions are checked for plagiarism using iThenticate before undergoing the peer-review process.

Journal History

1. Jurnal Ekonomi Manajemen dan Sekretari (JEMENSRI), published since 2016 in hard-copy form up to volume 5 of 2020.
2. In 2021, the Jurnal Ekonomi Manajemen dan Sekretari (JEMENSRI) can be accessed online at the address on the web https://journal.lembagakita.org/index.php/jemensri from Volume 6 onwards.
3. JEMENSRI has also switched publishers from what was originally managed by LPPM ASM Nusantara and since 2021 managed by the Lembaga Otonom Lembaga Informasi dan Riset Indonesia (KITA INFO dan RISET) - Lembaga KITA.
4. In 2023, Jurnal Ekonomi Manajemen dan Sekretari (JEMENSRI) publishes articles every 4 months namely; April, August and December.
