The International Journal of Software Engineering and Computer Science (IJSECS) is accepting submissions for Volume 5, Number 3, to be published in December 2025. IJSECS releases three issues annually, providing a venue for research that advances the fields of information technology and computer science.

Special Focus: Workflow Automation and Productivity Tools

For this issue, we encourage authors to submit manuscripts related to workflow automation platforms and productivity tools, including n8n, ClickUp, Zapier, Make, and similar applications. These platforms have become increasingly important for streamlining processes, integrating disparate systems, and enhancing productivity across industries. Research and review articles may address topics such as:

  • Implementation strategies for workflow automation tools
  • Integration of automation platforms with existing software ecosystems
  • Comparative studies of different automation solutions
  • Case studies and practical experiences in various domains (e.g., business, education, healthcare)
  • Technical challenges and solutions in deploying automation tools
  • Innovative uses and emerging trends in automation technology

Authors are invited to share insights into how these tools are transforming workflows, enabling new efficiencies, and supporting digital transformation. Manuscripts in this category will be considered for publication without any article processing charges.

Submissions on other topics within software engineering and computer science are also welcome.

All papers undergo peer review, and accepted articles will be assigned a Digital Object Identifier (DOI).

Submission Timeline:

  • Initial review decisions within 4–16 days after submission
  • Final submission deadline: November 25, 2025
