Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work discipline, work experience, and workload on employee performance at CV. Benka Multiusaha. A descriptive quantitative approach was used with data collection conducted through questionnaires. The sample in this study consisted of all 80 employees of CV. Benka Multiusaha, selected using a saturated sampling method. The data obtained were analyzed using SPSS version 25, employing validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination. The results indicate that work discipline, work experience, and workload have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. These findings highlight the importance of integrated human resource management in enhancing organizational performance.
