Abstract

This study focuses on examining the influence of work discipline and work stress on employee job satisfaction levels at Perum XYZ. A quantitative approach was used, involving 37 employees as respondents. Questionnaires served as the primary instrument for data collection, with the subsequent analysis employing multiple linear regression analysis and determination coefficients as assisted by SPSS software version 25. Research outcomes indicate that job satisfaction is not significantly affected by work discipline, however it is negatively influenced by work stress. Simultaneously, both work discipline and work stress influence employees' job satisfaction.
