Abstract
The financial health of a business can be seen if MSME actors carry out good financial management, starting from planning to financial management. With good financial management, MSMEs can continue to develop their businesses to achieve good financial health, so that prosperity is achieved. To be able to manage finances well, assistance is needed, one of which is assistance at the sub-district level, so that local MSMEs can develop. This study aims to analyze how the financial management of MSMEs that have been assisted. The research method used is qualitative by interviewing fifteen MSMEs that are active in mentoring activities. The results of the study are that the assistance carried out is not optimal, as seen in the financial management of MSMEs, which is not optimal, the mixing of business finances with personal finances, and the use of digital financial management applications that are still widely used. With this study, it is realized that MSME mentoring activities need to be a special concern for government cooperation with academics so that MSMEs can develop their businesses and achieve financial prosperity.
