This study addresses these challenges by evaluating the usability of existing e-government applications for financial management and refining e-government models to enhance their efficiency, transparency, and accessibility. Through a comprehensive evaluation encompassing Nielsen's five usability categories—Learnability, Memorability, Efficiency, Error, and Satisfaction—alongside methodologies such as user surveys, usability testing, and expert evaluations, the research aims to identify areas for improvement within existing systems and refine e-government models. The expected outcomes include insights into usability challenges, empowerment of governments with more efficient fiscal management tools, and contributions to the broader discourse on optimizing public sector performance in the digital age. These efforts have the potential to significantly impact government fiscal efficiency and transparency, leading to better resource allocation, reduced waste, and increased accountability in public service delivery.
2024-07-06T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2024 https://journal.lembagakita.org/index.php/IJMSIT/article/view/2792Organizational Support, Workload, and Role Conflict in Work-Life Balance as a Driver of Directorate General of Taxes Employee Performance: A Study at Jember Tax Office2024-06-29T12:25:50+07:00Iqbal Rush Avicienarush.iqbal@live.jpNurul Qomariyahnurulqomariah@unmuhjember.ac.idNi Nyoman Putu Martinimartini_nyoman@yahoo.co.id
Improving employee performance as part of efforts to enhance organizational performance should be a priority to achieve effectiveness and efficiency in the management of government agencies, particularly at Directorate General of Taxes as one of strategic government institution. The independent variables are profitability as measured by ROA, company size, leverage as measured by DER, the Shia supervisory board size, and financing savings ratio. This research uses secondary data, with data collection using the purposive sampling method, and obtained a sample of 14 Sharia commercial banks in 2017-2022 which were managed using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 22 tools. The results of the research show that profitability (ROA) and company size have a positive impact significant to social responsibility disclosure, meanwhile, leverage (DER), size of the Sharia supervisory board, and financing savings ratio do not affect social responsibility disclosure. So, Sharia commercial banks should continue to increase their profitability in disclosing social responsibility because the higher profitability will motivate managers to disclose their social responsibility, the same goes for the size of the company, the higher the size of the company, the greater the number of assets owned by the company. This can expand corporate social responsibility disclosure because companies with large amounts of assets can finance social responsibility information.
2024-07-13T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2024 https://journal.lembagakita.org/index.php/IJMSIT/article/view/2730Digital Agility and Knowledge Sharing to Increase MSMEs Performance : An Empirical Study in MSMEs in Semarang City2024-06-24T08:57:10+07:00Nur Atika Yuniartinuratika-yuniarti@untagsmg.ac.idAtika Mutiarachimatika-mutiarachim@untagsmg.ac.id
This study investigates how digital agility and knowledge-sharing culture affect the performance of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Semarang City, with innovation performance as a mediating factor. In today's rapidly evolving technological and business landscape, digital agility enables organizations and individuals to adapt swiftly, maintaining relevance and competitiveness. Knowledge-sharing culture facilitates the exchange of expertise and experiences, fostering new ideas through the combination of diverse knowledge. The research proposes seven hypotheses. First, digital agility's effect on innovation performance. Second, knowledge sharing's impact on innovation performance. Third, digital agility's influence on MSMEs performance. Fourth, knowledge sharing's effect on MSMEs performance. Fifth, innovation performance's impact on MSMEs performance. The indirect effect, digital agility has a positive and significant effect on MSMEs performance through innovation performance as a hypothesis 6, then knowledge sharing has a positive and significant effect on MSMEs performance through innovation performance as a hypothesis 7. The study surveyed 100 MSMEs owners in Semarang City, categorized by their business net income. Data analysis was conducted using SMART-PLS 4 software. Results indicate that both digital agility and knowledge sharing positively and significantly influence innovation performance. While digital agility has a positive but insignificant direct effect on MSMEs performance, knowledge sharing demonstrates a positive and significant direct impact. Importantly, the study reveals that digital agility and knowledge sharing indirectly enhance MSMEs performance through innovation performance. This research emphasizes the importance of digital agility and knowledge-sharing culture in improving MSMEs performance. As MSMEs reach critical growth stages, implementing more productive methods through digital agility and knowledge sharing becomes crucial. These practices generate new ideas, fostering creativity and innovation within the organization. The resulting innovation competitiveness allows MSMEs to develop unique products or services, creating a competitive advantage and attracting new customers.
2024-07-16T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2024 https://journal.lembagakita.org/index.php/IJMSIT/article/view/2854The Influence of Transformational Leadership Style and Performance Benefits on Employee Performance2024-07-06T21:17:30+07:00Desi Herawatidesiherawati2141@gmail.comNurul Qomariahnurulqomariah@unmuhjember.ac.idNi Nyoman Putu Martinininyomanputu@unmuhjember.ac.id
Human resources (employees or employees) in a company/institution organization are always considered a vital asset for the organization. Using a quantitative approach through multiple regression analysis, this study analyzes the relationship between monetary policy variables of Bank Indonesia's benchmark interest rate, inflation rate, exchange rate, foreign exchange reserves, and budget deficit with the company's financial performance, as measured using Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), and Net Profit Margin (NPM). Secondary data used in this study include the annual financial reports of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2015-2023. The study results indicate that the benchmark interest rate has a significant negative effect on ROA and ROE. In contrast, the inflation rate shows varying impacts on NPM and other financial performance. In addition, macroeconomic stability is measured through indicators of the rupiah exchange rate against the USD, foreign exchange reserves, and budget deficit, which significantly affect the company's financial performance. These findings emphasize the importance of monetary policy and macroeconomic stability in determining the profitability of manufacturing companies in Indonesia. This study implies that corporate management needs to develop more adaptive strategies to deal with fluctuations in monetary policy and macroeconomic conditions. In addition, policymakers need to consider the long-term impact of monetary policy on the manufacturing sector to create an economic environment conducive to industrial growth. This study contributes significantly to the literature on the impact of monetary policy on corporate financial performance in emerging markets.
2024-08-26T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2024 Fredy Arios Tiblola, Agustinus Biay, Harum Putri Prawitaningrum, Rahma K Lakamudihttps://journal.lembagakita.org/index.php/IJMSIT/article/view/3142Effective Digital Business Management Strategy: A Structured Approach to Turning Challenges into Opportunities for Sustainable Growth and Innovation2024-08-28T21:16:40+07:00Rizky Zakariyya Rasyadrizky@wicida.ac.idPutri Nuraini Mawardah2342005@wicida.ac.id
Digital transformation has become one of the main pillars of modern business strategy, requiring companies to adapt to technological developments and maximize emerging opportunities. The data analysis technique used is linear regression of two predictors. To find out whether the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable is real, testing is carried out by carrying out regression analysis, namely analysis of the variance of the regression line to find the F value of the regression line, which can then be tested whether the F value is significant or not, then look for the Relative Contribution (SR) of each - each predictor X1 and The research subjects were 12 KSP Coblong Pamor employees, and the research object was competency development, work motivation and employee performance.

Based on the results of the prediction analysis of two predictors, namely, X1 (competence development) and X2 (work motivation) on criterion Y (employee performance), the price F is obtainedreg of 8.45. With (N-m-1) in this case db = 9/2 with a significance level of 5% F valuetable of 5.14. This means that the regression line analyzed is significant to be used as a basis for predictions because there is a significant contribution between the criteria (Y) and the predictors (X1, X2). The Relative Contribution (SR) in % of each predictor is: Predictor X1 = 61.15%, and Predictor Based on these results, the regression line is 38.49%, which consists of the effective contribution of predictor X1 (competency development) = 23.54%. The goal is to improve the accuracy of predictions by analysing relevant economic and financial variables. The model combines statistical and econometric analysis to identify significant input variables such as asset turnover, firm size, capital structure, and liquidity. The study also highlights the importance of external factors, such as environmental policies and knowledge management, that affect corporate financial performance. Using ARIMA and VAR models, the study shows that selecting the correct parameters, such as the number of lags, is critical to improving prediction accuracy. The developed model is evaluated based on RMSE, MAD, and MAPE metrics, which show that the econometric model offers more accurate predictions than the classical statistical model. These results contribute significantly to understanding corporate financial performance dynamics and can be a reliable tool in strategic decision-making across various industry sectors.
2024-09-05T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2024 Adi Nugroho, Maria Apriyane Patty, Andriani Kartohttps://journal.lembagakita.org/index.php/IJMSIT/article/view/3128The Influence of Work Engagement and Knowledge Sharing on Nurse Performance2024-08-23T10:05:13+07:00Ni Nyoman Putu Martinininyomanputu@unmuhjember.ac.idSri Rahayu Niwidadisrirahayuniwidadi13@gmail.comToni Herlambangtoniherlambang@unmuhjember.ac.idNurul Qomariahnurulqomariah@unmuhjember.ac.id
Human resources who serve as officers or employees in a company or institutional organization are always considered a vital asset for an organization.
