This research aims to analyze product development strategies to increase the income of MSMEs in Lasehan La Bagus. Data collection methods use interviews and observation. The key informants in this research were employees of MSME Lasehan La Bagus. This research uses qualitative analysis techniques. The survey results revealed that the product development strategy carried out by MSME Brownies Ayu Wulandari was to add or expand new product lines and also complementary product lines. Apart from that, external factors also play a role in encouraging the development of more effective products to increase MSME income

Micro businesses or small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) are one of the backbones of the Indonesian economy. The role of MSMEs is to meet people's needs for superior quality products, open new jobs and increase regional income. One of the micro businesses in Sondosia Village, Bima Regency is Minasarua Saijah, but its distribution is considered less widespread. The aim of this guidance is to develop Minasarua Saijah products in order to bring MSMEs up to class to increase sales results and distribution coverage. The implementation methods used are surveys, interviews, discussions and implementation. The results obtained from this activity are product changes to become superior, including packaging and logo innovations to increase consumer buying interest. From the results of the guidance carried out, it is hoped that Minasarua Saijah MSMEs can develop even more rapidly so that they can increase income.

This study aims to explore innovative strategies that can increase awareness and compliance with occupational health and safety in the manufacturing industry. The research method used is a quantitative approach using a questionnaire to collect data from 250 respondents who are workers in various manufacturing factories. Data analysis was performed through descriptive and inferential statistical techniques. The main findings of this study indicate that the implementation of innovative strategies involving awareness campaigns, specialized training, and the use of advanced technology can significantly increase workers' awareness and compliance with occupational health and safety. In this case, workers' awareness regarding risks and hazards in the workplace has increased significantly, while the level of adherence to safety procedures and the use of personal protective equipment has also increased significantly The practical implications of these findings are that innovative strategies can be effective means of increasing awareness and compliance with occupational health and safety in the manufacturing industry. Companies may consider implementing focused awareness campaigns, providing regular specialized training, and leveraging advanced technologies such as sensors and automation systems to strengthen a safety culture in the workplace. This research makes an important contribution to the understanding of efforts to improve occupational health and safety in the manufacturing industry. The results of this study can be used as a basis for designing programs and policies that are more effective in managing risks and improving work safety in manufacturing environments

Sistem kekuasaan di Buton bisa dikatakan menarik karena konsep kekuasaan tidak mirip dengan konsep kekuasaan di kerajaan-kerajaan lain di Nusantara. Sultan tidak diwariskan berdasarkan keturunan saja, tetapi dipilih oleh Siolimbona, yaitu dewan yang terdiri dari sembilan penguasa dan penjaga adat Buton. Selain itu, kesultanan ini memiliki konstitusi sendiri, lengkap dengan badan-badan yang bertindak sebagai legislatif, yudikatif dan eksekutif. Band-band yang dimaksud adalah Sara Pangka (eksekutif), Sara Gau (legislatif), dan Sara Bitara (Yudikatif). Hukum di Kesultanan Buton disebut Murtabat Tujuh, yang diresmikan oleh Sultan La Elangi (1597-1631) dan digunakan sampai kesultanan dihapuskan. Uniknya, hukum di Kesultanan Buton diberlakukan untuk semua orang, tidak hanya rakyat jelata tetapi juga pejabat istana atau bahkan sultan. Terbukti bahwa selama empat abad keberadaannya, 12 sultan Buton dihukum karena melanggar hukum. Kesultanan Buton juga memegang lima filosofi kehidupan, yaitu agama (Islam), Sara (pemerintahan), Lipu (negara), Karo (pribadi/orang), dan Arataa (properti).

Perkembangan teknologi informasi terus meningkat, yang mendorong untuk menciptakan inovasi. Salah satu bentuk inovasi yang dilakukan adalah munculnya crowdfunding sebagai financial technology. Tulisan ini dimaksudkan untuk menganalisis alasan urgensi penguatan crowdfunding, terutama jika diarahkan sebagai alternatif pembiayaan pembangunan kawasan perdesaan. Tulisan ini menggunakan metode normatif, yang dilakukan dengan pendekatan teoritis dan peraturan perundang-undangan. Data sekunder yang dikumpulkan dianalisis secara kualitatif dalam bentuk deskriptif. Pada dasarnya, crowdfunding adalah kegiatan mengumpulkan dana yang dimaksudkan untuk mewujudkan dan mengembangkan ide, gagasan atau proyek tertentu secara online. Nilai dasar yang terkandung dalam crowdfunding juga sejalan dengan karakter dan prinsip Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia, yaitu gotong royong. Tingginya tingkat partisipasi masyarakat dalam crowdfunding membuktikan bahwa kegiatan ini dapat memberikan manfaat dan kemudahan bagi masyarakat. Selain itu, crowdfunding juga dapat menjadi salah satu sarana dalam mempercepat pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional. Oleh karena itu, perlu penguatan keberadaan crowdfunding ini, terutama sebagai alternatif pembiayaan. Pengembangan kegiatan crowdfunding diarahkan pada skema pendanaan untuk pengembangan kawasan perdesaan. Penjabaran kedua hal ini dimungkinkan untuk membantu meningkatkan perekonomian nasional. Sebab, keduanya juga menjadi indikator pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional. Penguatan juga dilakukan melalui tiga pendekatan dasar, yaitu substansi, struktur dan budaya.

Meningkatnya produksi dan pasar produk jamur crispy dikala ini serta prospeknya pada waktu mendatang, sehingga perlu dilakukan penelitian mengenai karakteristik konsumen jamur crispy sehingga dapat ditentukan perencanaan pengembangan produk yang tepat agar mampu bersaing dan bertahan terhadap banyaknya merk jamur crispy yang tersebar di pasaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk melihat karakteristik konsumen jamur crispy di Kelurahan Simpang Baru Kecamatan Tampan Kota Pekanbaru. Metode penelitian menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil analisis dan pembahasan penunjukkan bahwa karakteristik konsumen jamur crispy di Kelurahan Simpang Baru Kecamatan Tampan Kota Pekanbaru menurut jenis kelamin didominasi oleh perempuan, dengan rentang umur 17 sampai 22 tahun, dengan pekerjaan sebagai pelajar/mahasiswa.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the development of road infrastructure, water infrastructure through the distribution of clean water, and educational infrastructure both partially and simultaneously on the economic growth of Mataram City from 2013 – 2022. The data source comes from Badan Pusat Statistik of city of Mataram with secondary data as a type of data. The data processing technique that we used is multiple linear regression analysis through a program. The research findings show that Educational infrastructure as an independent variable partially has a positive and significant effect on the economic growth of the city Mataram. Meanwhile, clean water infrastructure has an insignificant negative effect and road infrastructure has an insignificant positive effect on the economic growth of Mataram City. Research show that economic growth in the Mataram City, in the 10 year period 2013 – 2022 does not show a large influence from the variables of road infrastructure, clean water and education infrastructure.

Poverty is a problem in a complex and multidimensional economy. Therefore, solutions are needed to overcome and reduce poverty levels. This research aims to analyze the influence of the independent variables Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), unemployment rate, Human Development Index (HDI) on the amount of poverty in West Nusa Tenggara Province in 2020-2022. Data was obtained from the West Nusa Tenggara Province Central Statistics Agency, namely in various prints of West Nusa Tenggara Province in Figures, Data and Information on West Nusa Tenggara Poverty Issues 2020-2022. .The analysis tool used is panel data regression. In this research, the model used is Fixed Effects, because the Fixed Effects model is better than other models, which have been tested using the F test and the Hausman test. The results show that the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) variable, the Human Development Index (HDI), has a negative and significant effect on the amount of poverty in West Nusa Tenggara, while the Regency/City unemployment rate variable has a significant positive effect on the amount of poverty in West Nusa Tenggara.

Gereja Santa Agnes Pomat merupakan sebuah bangunan lama yang dibangun oleh umat di lingkungan Pomat yang menurut pengamatan penulis, kondisinya sudah harus diperbaiki dan dikembangkan, karena tampilan estetika bangunannya yang kurang sesuai dengan lingkungan sekitarnya. Gedung gereja yang sudah ada kurang mampu memberikan kesan suasana gereja karena penataan ruang dalam yang belum terlalu diolah, hal ini terkadang membuat para umat malas untuk mengikuti misa dengan serius dikarenakan suasana gereja yang kurang mendukung jalannya perayaan ekaristi. Redesain ini bertujuan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan umat di Lingkungan Pomat, terutama pada interior gereja diantaranya mendesain dan menata ulang area Panti Imam. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kualitatif, metode ini bertujuan untuk mengangkat fakta, keadaan, dan fenomena-fenomena yang terjadi ketika penelitian berlangsung dan menyajikan apa adanya. Tujuan dalam perancangan adalah mendesain ulang interior gereja untuk menciptakan suasana hikmat sehingga memberikan kenyamanan beribadah bagi umat supaya lebih khusuk dan hikmad disaat peribadatan berlangsung dan bisa menjadi gereja yang nyaman untuk umat dan masyarakat umum yang berkunjung. Dari hasil analisis data menghasilkan standar perancangan yang akan digunakan dalam perencanaan untuk mengahasilkan bangunan gereja yang sesuai dan nyaman untuk digunakan dalam menjalankan upacara peribadatan.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi text mining pada aplikasi Crowdfunding LX dan ST menggunakan metode sentiment analysis di Indonesia. Pada proses analisis digunakan bahasa pemrograman R, dengan menggunakan software R-4.2.2 yang diimplementasikan melalui RStudio versi 2022.02.3 + 492. Hasil analisis didapati review aplikasi Land X memiliki kecenderungan ke arah positif dengan nilai positif 0.036, sedangkan pada aplikasi Santara memiliki rata-rata dengan kecenderungan negatif dengan nilai negatif sebesar -0.2249.

The primary objectives of this study are to explore and analyze three aspects: a profound understanding of the anthropological approach in Islamic studies in terms of etymology and terminology, the analysis of methods, techniques, and research steps using an anthropological approach, and a comprehensive examination of research outcomes employing anthropological approaches in Islamic studies. This research adopts the library research method, collecting literature data from 10 books and 10 journals relevant to the research topic. The results of this study involve an in-depth analysis of various anthropological approaches applied in Islamic studies.The anthropological approach in Islamic studies represents a profound and intricate method for understanding Islam within the context of human social and cultural dynamics. By considering various anthropological paradigms, researchers can explore the diversity of religious practices, analyze symbolic meanings, understand social interactions, and investigate conflicts that arise within Muslim communities. Through holistic, micro, semiotic, comparative, and behavioristic approaches, anthropological research in Islamic studies opens doors to comprehend the complex and often contradictory dynamics in the lives of Muslims. Consequently, this research not only provides deep insights into Islam as a religion but also into humans as complex social and cultural beings. This research aims to find out what efforts companies have made through their CSR programs during the Covid-19 pandemic. The approach in this research is a qualitative approach, and this research is website-based research, where all the data is mostly taken from internet sources, especially from the website www.idx.co.id. The companies that make up the population in this research are 152 companies from two sectors and the annual reports observed are in 2020, due to the limited data obtained, namely there are no 2020 and 2021 annual reports on the Indonesian Stock Exchange companies. The research results show that as of August 2022, of the 152 companies studied there were only 3 companies that made 2020 annual reports. From the CSR reports used as research samples, researchers drew the conclusion that the CSR practices carried out by companies during the Covid-19 pandemic were classified into 3 groups, namely CSR activities for employees, for the community, and thirdly for customers. Researchers also concluded that the CSR report of PT Surya Permata Andalan Tbk. is superior in terms of expressing health insurance for employees, while PT Selamat Selamat is superior in terms of disclosing the nominal amount of CSR funds spent.

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh beberapa alasan yang menarik untuk diteliti mengenai Strategi Kepemimpinan, dalam hal ini Kepala Sekolah dalam meningkatkan Mutu Pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data SEM-PLS melalui aplikasi SmartPLS Versi 3.0, pengaruh strategi kepemimpinan terhadap mutu pendidikan sebesar 6,150 nilainya lebih besar dari 1,96 artinya hubungan keduanya mempunyai pengaruh, dengan Pvalue nilai 0,000 kurang dari 0,05 sehingga hipotesis diterima. Sehingga hasil pengujian ini menyatakan terdapat pengaruh antara strategi kepemimpinan terhadap mutu pendidikan. Secara teori, sependapat dengan Hecksa Manora (2019), kualitas pendidikan bergantung pada kepemimpinan kepala sekolah. Saran bagi pimpinan kepala sekolah yang selama ini mencalonkan diri di MTs Negeri wilayah timur Kabupaten Cirebon agar dapat memposisikan diri sebagai pendidik yang memberikan contoh keteladanan bagi bawahannya, seperti memberikan gambaran dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran atau mempunyai keteladanan. inisiatif dalam pemutakhiran program pembelajaran baik dalam lingkup intrakurikuler maupun ekstrakurikuler, termasuk memperhatikan kebutuhan dan kelancaran dalam bekerja.

Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. Research Results: The use of System Infromation puskesmas has not been fully effective because the information produced is not relevant to the facts that occur in the field. The inhibiting factors in implementing System Infromation puskesmas are the behavior of officers, human resources, public facilities, and software systems. Conclusion: System Infromation puskesmas implementation has not run optimally. Suggestion: Conduct training on System Infromation puskesmas and seek a management function for the Head of the Puskesmas in the form of a supervisory function for officers to be more disciplined and timely in collecting data for the officer responsible for System Infromation puskesmas at the puskesmas.

Penelitian ini untuk melihat pengaruh harga komoditi pangan (beras, cabai, bawang) terhadap inflasi di Aceh Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif, yang terdiri atas dua variabel, yaitu Harga Komoditi Pangan sebagai variabel bebas (independent) dan Inflasi sebagai variabel terikat (dependent). Penelitian ini difokuskan pada komoditas pangan dan inflasi. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Objek penelitian ini adalah pegawai yang bekerja pada kantor Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Kabupaten Aceh Barat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai yang ada pada Kantor Badan Pusat Statistik Kabupaten Aceh Barat. Sedangkan yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 19 orang dan teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara acak (Random Sampling). Analisis data secara kuantitatif dengan model analisis datanya yaitu secara regresi linear sederhana. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa variabel harga komoditi pangan (beras, cabai dan bawang) memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat Inflasi di Kabupaten Aceh Barat.

Bank Indonesia has a significant role in maintaining economic, financial and monetary stability in Indonesia, especially in the context of sharia principles. Sharia principles are the main guidelines in carrying out the functions of the central bank in order to create an economic system that is in accordance with Islamic values. This research aims to examine the role of Bank Indonesia in maintaining economic, financial and monetary stability by complying with sharia principles. The research method used is descriptive analysis and secondary data analysis. The research results show that Bank Indonesia has been active in developing sharia policy instruments, such as the Bank Indonesia Sharia Certificate (SBIS) and other monetary instruments that comply with sharia principles. Apart from that, Bank Indonesia is also involved in supervision and regulation of sharia financial institutions to ensure that economic activities run in accordance with sharia principles. Thus, the role of Bank Indonesia in maintaining economic, financial and monetary stability based on sharia principles is very important. Bank Indonesia has a major responsibility in ensuring that Indonesia’s financial system remains stable and in accordance with sharia values, so that it can support inclusive and sustainable economic growth in accordance with sharia principles.
